Terms of use
Last updated 8 September 2026
Agenda Maker is in a private beta, open only to people who were invited. These terms are short on purpose; they describe what you can expect from the product at this stage and what we expect from you.
Your account
Your invitation is for you. Do not share the account. You are responsible for what happens under it, including anything sent to the lists you build.
What you upload
You keep ownership of your documents and the agendas built from them. We use them only to run the product for you — drafting, exporting, sending, and scheduling. We do not use your content to train models.
Only upload documents you are allowed to upload, and only mail people who would expect to hear from you about the meeting. Agenda Maker is for agendas going to meeting participants; it is not a marketing tool, and using it to send unsolicited bulk mail will end the account.
What the agenda is
Agendas are drafted by a language model from the document you supply. It gets things wrong. Read what it produces before you send it to a room full of people — the editor exists for exactly that reason. The output is a starting point, not advice.
Billing
The free plan covers a set number of agendas each month. Pro removes that limit and is billed monthly through Stripe; you can cancel at any time from Settings and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
While the beta is running, tell us if something goes wrong with a charge and we will refund it.
What a beta means
The product may change, break, or be unavailable without notice. Please keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. We will give you reasonable warning before the beta ends or the account is closed, except where an account is being used to send unsolicited mail.
To the extent the law allows, Agenda Maker is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us.
