Agenda Maker

Privacy notice

Last updated 8 September 2026

Agenda Maker turns a document you upload into a meeting agenda. That means we hold the document, the agenda built from it, and the list of people you send it to. This page says exactly what is stored, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it.

What we store

Documents you upload. The file itself, and the full text extracted from it. The text is kept so that rebuilding an agenda at a different length does not re-read the file. If your document is confidential, so is what we store.

Agendas. The title, timings, talking points, and any notes you write.

Contact lists. The email addresses and names you paste in, and whether each has unsubscribed.

Your account. Your email address and workspace name.

Delivery records. For each agenda sent: the recipient, and whether it was delivered, bounced, or marked as spam.

Who else it goes to

Anthropic receives the extracted text of your document, because that is what drafts the agenda. Nothing else about you is sent with it.

Resend delivers the agenda emails, and therefore receives the recipient addresses and the agenda content.

Google receives the meeting details when you choose to create a calendar event — the title, the times, the agenda in the description, and the attendee addresses.

Stripe handles payment if you subscribe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us.

Supabase hosts the database and file storage, in the United States (us-east-1).

We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this product.

Your Google connection

Connecting Google asks for permission to manage calendar events and to read your email address — nothing else. We cannot read your existing calendar entries beyond what is needed to create the event you asked for, and we never request access to your mail or files.

The refresh token is encrypted before it is stored, with a key held outside the database. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, or revoke access from your Google account directly.

If someone sent you an agenda

You are on a list because the meeting organizer added your address. We have no other relationship with you and hold nothing about you beyond your address, optionally your name, and whether the message reached you.

Every agenda email carries an unsubscribe link, and your mail client’s own unsubscribe button works too. Either one stops all further agendas from that sender. A bounce or a spam complaint stops them automatically.

Deleting your data

Deleting your account removes the workspace and everything in it — documents, extracted text, agendas, contact lists, and delivery records. This is enforced by the database rather than by a cleanup job, so it happens immediately and completely.

Individual documents and agendas can be deleted at any time without closing the account.

Where this is still rough

Agenda Maker is in a private beta. Two things worth knowing: we have no automatic retention limit yet, so uploaded documents stay until you delete them or close the account; and this notice describes current behaviour rather than a contractual commitment.

Questions, or a request to remove something, go to the address that invited you.
